Standard Delivery:  Deep Nerdd charges a low $4.99 shipping charge on all orders under $60 (based on subtotal amount in cart not including taxes). U.S. Orders $60 or more (not including taxes) receive FREE SHIPPING! All orders are shipped using standard delivery to all states in the USA. Standard shipping time for complete in-stock orders is normally 3-5 business days after order is processed.  

Canada Delivery: Deep Nerdd charges a set shipping charge based on cart amount, location and weight to a Canada address. We do NOT charge a handling fee. 

Express Delivery: Deep Nerdd also offers Express Delivery in the United States for $30.00. Choosing this option will ship your complete in-stock order within 2 to 3 business days. We highly suggest not to use this option if your cart has pre-ordered items because we ONLY ship complete orders that are fully in stock.

Mixed Cart Delivery: We don't suggest placing in-stock items with pre-ordered items on the same cart. We only ship out complete orders, so if a pre-order is NOT in stock, we won't ship your in-stock items till everything is in stock and ships together. 

Delivery Delays: We always attempt to ship out in stock items as quickly as possible (normally within 48 hours) but delays beyond our control sometimes occur. If an item becomes backordered or a pre ordered item estimated date has changed, we will email you with an update. Post office delays, bad weather, natural disasters and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times. If you live in an area experiencing an unwanted service delay, please add 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
