Find tracking in your email
Open your Deep Nerdd order confirmation and select the order-status link, often labeled “View your order.” When your shipment has tracking, your shipping confirmation email also includes a link to follow its progress.
Can’t find the email? Check your spam or promotions folders and search for “Deep Nerdd.” Keep your personal order-status link private.
No tracking update yet?
A tracking number can appear before the carrier records its first scan. Check the linked order status and carrier updates for the latest available information.
Pre-ordered collectibles may not ship immediately. Check the estimated release date listed on the item’s product page and any preorder updates we’ve sent.
Need a hand?
If your shipment is unusually delayed, has stopped updating, or shows delivered but hasn’t arrived, reply to your order confirmation or shipping email so our team can help. Include your order number and a short description of the issue. Never send passwords or payment details.
