If your order is in stock and also has pre-ordered items combined, your in stock items may ship first while your pre-ordered items will ship once released. 

Standard Delivery:  Deep Nerdd charges a $7 standard shipping fee for all orders under $50 (not including taxes). Orders $50 or more (not including taxes) receive FREE SHIPPING! All free shipping orders are shipped using standard delivery to all states in the USA. Standard shipping time is normally 3-7 business days after order is processed.  

Delivery Delays: We always attempt to ship out orders as quickly as possible (normally within 12 hours), but delays beyond our control sometimes occur. If an item becomes backordered or is delayed, we will email you with an update. Post office delays, bad weather, natural disasters and other events beyond our control may effect shipping and delivery times. If you live in an area experiencing an unwanted service delay, please add 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

Pre-ordered items will ship out once they arrive at our warehouse. You will NOT be charged a second time for shipping those items once they're in stock. (We love our Nerdds!)
