We normally use UPS or USPS based on the location of the delivery. Orders are packaged within hours and normally sent out the same day. You'll receive an email along with a tracking number so you know the order is on it's way and when you could expect it to be delivered. Orders normally take 3 to 7 business days.
Yes! We do pre-orders on upcoming Funko POPS!, FiGPiNs and other popular items coming out within the next month or so. Sometimes, the best way to make sure you get these hot items is to pre-order them in advance before they sell out.
Items on backorder or pre-order will ship automatically when those items arrive at our warehouse. Arrival times vary for all backordered or "Coming Soon" items. Because we WON'T charge you twice for shipping out pre-ordered items when they arrive, those items may be priced a little higher. Please note that after merchandise is received from the manufacturer, all backorders will take about one business day for processing prior to shipment.

Our 2nd most frequently asked question. Deep Nerdd's return policy is pretty great! You have 30 days from the time the item is delivered to you to make returns. All items MUST be in brand new condition with it's original packaging and accessories intact, unopened and shipped back to us. Due to collectibility, Funko POPs, Funko Mystery Boxes, Lego sets, Lego minis, Wacky Packages and Rare Treasures are NOT returnable. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will refund the credit card or PayPal account. If credit cannot be refunded to your credit card account, a store credit will be issued. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
V.I.N. (Very Important Nerdd) discount codes are sent to Deep Nerdd subscribers through email alerts. You might also find a discount code on our social media pages. If you have an issue with a discount code, send us an email to email@example.com. We'll check to see if that code is still valid and if you're on our subscriber lists. Codes from social media MUST be entered in checkout. There are NO double discounts.
