Introducing a NEW Pre-Order process that ensures you’ll love the experience even more. We received feedback that our customers prefer to know that if they pay for an item in advance, they want better customer service communication when it’s coming. 

We’ve listened to our customers and made some well needed improvements. We are proud to be working with a new collaborator to upgrade your experience.

Here are 6 things that Deep Nerdd Pre-Orders 2.0 does for you!

1) When you NOW place a Pre-Order, you will be notified by email if the release date changes. 

2) Each Pre-Ordered item now has the estimated release date under the Pre-Order Button.

3) Looking for an out of stock item? Sign up for alerts and we'll tell you when it becomes available, so you don’t miss out this time.

4) Looking to be notified of upcoming releases? Deep Nerdd now lists upcoming items BEFORE they become available to Pre-Order. See something you want? We’ll alert you when it goes on sale before we announce it. That’s VIP service! 

5) We are limiting the number of Pre-Orders we carry going forward. We can’t guarantee when the item will be released (because we are waiting for the manufacturer to release it), but we will only post items that we feel will be released in 5 months or less. Starting May 1st 2023, if your pre-order is older than 5 months from the date you place your order, you will receive a $5 Deep Nerdd Gift Card (as a courtesy from us) when your item(s) finally ships. 

6) We also lowered the price for Mix-Cart shipping to $15. Now if your cart has in stock items AND Pre-Ordered items, we will ship your in stock items asap and ship your Pre-Ordered items when they arrive at our warehouse. Of course you can also do regular delivery, but this option only ships once the complete order is in stock.
